The last Scania Top Team regional final is closing in

27 JANUARY 2026

With the last regional Top Team final approaching, Rainbow Warriors have established themselves as the leading team in China. Their achievement reflects the core strengths of the competition: collaboration, technical competence and clear leadership.

Scania Top Team is a competition-based training programme that builds competence, professionalism and teamwork in Scania’s workshops worldwide. The competition runs over two years – starting with theoretical rounds followed by national selections and regional finals. The last regional final remains, before the world final.

In the national final held in China, Rainbow Warriors secured their top position and are now one step closer to the world final. Their performance underlines the value of teamwork, strong technical skills and a shared commitment to quality.

Skilled service technicians

The team is led by Mou Zhiqiang, Service Manager at the Scania dealer Shanghai Rainbow Way. In his role, Mou is responsible for workshop operations, maintenance quality, and service and parts support. “Scania service technicians provide quick responses and the right maintenance plans when customers face problems,” he says. The same structured approach is evident in his leadership in Top Team.

For him, Scania’s core values play an important role in both daily operations and the competition, such as quality and safety. “The upgrades of our vehicles keep the work engaging. We always receive the latest technical updates,” he says.

As the last regional Top Team final for this round draws closer, Rainbow Warriors continue their journey. Together with the other competing teams, they demonstrate the teamwork, reliability and customer focus that characterises Scania’s service network.
