From the city to the outback, Murrays Coaches has been a trusted name in Australian transport for decades. With a strong commitment to reliability, comfort and sustainability, the company is now partnering with Scania to reduce emissions through biodiesel coaches.
Safe and sustainable coach operations in Australia’s harsh conditions
In partnership with Scania, Murrays has introduced five new biodiesel coaches, cutting CO₂ emissions by over 80% while maintaining the high-performance standards their passengers expect.
One of Murrays’ biodiesel-fuelled Scania coaches in service, supporting the company’s transition to lower-emission transport in Australia.
These coaches are built to withstand Australia’s harsh conditions, ensuring safe and sustainable travel. The coaches are running from Brisbane to Toowoomba and on to Chinchilla and The Surat Basin, covering about 20,000 km per month.
Murrays’ Scania biodiesel coaches are purpose-built for long-distance reliability and reduced CO₂ emissions across Australia’s demanding routes.
