FAQ – Services 360 for new vehicles

Services 360 is designed to be a smart modular contract offering for your fleet, with a clear structure and recognisable package levels which align with your repair and maintenance priorities and how you want to manage the balance between known fixed costs and the risk of unexpected expenses.

 

When it comes to vehicle age, repair and maintenance needs change, and so does warranty coverage – so to make the offer as smart for used vehicles as well, we have created the Services 360 Classic offering to account for this. All while still aligning to the same approach in terms of risk management with the package levels. This ensures that each vehicle – no matter its age or application – can get the exact right coverage for your priorities at a competitive price. 

With the purchase of a new vehicle, the first 2 years of Control Package is included in that purchase, and leads to a lowered initial cost for the Services 360 contract. For that reason we point this out to make it clear that the contract cost will be adjusted after the initial 2 years.  

The age at which a vehicle is considered used and should instead be covered under a Services 360 Classic offer can actually vary in different markets around the world. But in whichever market you operate – your contract should be able to be moved seamlessly over to a Services 360 Classic contract package instead when a vehicle approaches the threshold age.
